The hotel offers spacious rooms separated by a lounge for privacy, each with its own bathroom, which was fantastic. The full kitchen facility in the room made cooking convenient, and the rooms were huge, perfect for a restful stay.

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and provided all we needed, although they weren't cleaned properly. The location, looking onto the service area away from the road, was convenient for my needs. The service was a bit of a letdown with a cold interaction, but there were positive aspects too. Overall, a decent stay but with some room for improvement.

I loved the privacy of the separate rooms with their own bathrooms, although the rooms were on the tiny side. However, they were spacious and clean, which was great. The lack of housekeeping during my stay meant no fresh towels, and the one soap provided barely lasted. The service was top-notch - the staff were excellent, friendly, and welcoming, even taking care of my queries and needs with patience. The location suited me perfectly as I wanted to shop at Chadstone and meet friends around Oakleigh, being close to the shopping center and offering lots of parking lots. The dining experience wasn't part of my stay, but I wish there were more options available. The facilities were good overall.
